Essential Oil Blends

All oil blends are made on request, I want them to be fresh and not waiting in the closet for you to buy them. As the blends need time to mix well with each other, it’ll take at least 14 days before I can send them out.

I make oils for muscle pain. Creams and ointments against headaches and other annoying ailments. Also, I make oils to boost your energy or emotions. And I only use essential oils of natural & high quality.

Essential oils are compounds extracted from plants. It is the plant’s essence, the scent and flavour captured by the oil. The oils I use are natural, not obtained through chemical processes. This makes them valuable and with a high concentration that can be used for certain health claims.

It is my advice, as it is from many more, not to ingest essential oils. Never! The concentrated substances are absorbed by the body very quickly. This can lead to intoxication, reactions like vomiting, seizures or vertigo.
Yes, there are website and even essential manufacturers who give this advice, but please don’t.

The best way to use essential oils is in a carrier oil, in a cream or in an inhaler. All have to be mixed with a carrier to dilute the oil. Furthermore, it is very important to test the possibility of allergies.

Below you will find a list of the most used essential oils and their believed benefits:

  • Peppermint: Energy booster, and aids digestion
  • Lavender: Relieves stress, can help sleep better
  • Sandalwood: Helps with focussing, and calms the nerves
  • Bergamot: Reduces stress, and improves skin conditions
  • Rose: Mood improver, and anxiety reducer
  • Chamomile: Relaxation, and improves mood
  • Ylang-Ylang: Helps with nausea, headaches, and skin conditions
  • Tea Tree: Fights infections, and boost immunity
  • Jasmine: Helps fighting depression
  • Lemon: Helps to aid digestion, mood, headaches etc.

My Favourite Oil Blends

The blends I make the most and use the most are against muscle pain (in which I use Rosemary, Lavendel, and Peppermint) and a face oil against wrinkles. Of course, I use them only with a good carrier oil.
I don’t like the smell of Lavender oil. I do love the smell when they grow in the wild. Although I do think it is a predominant smell, it is an oil with many useful benefits.
