The Hawaiian way of Healing, Ho’oponopono

Ho’oponopono Cleansing Prayer: I am Sorry, Please Forgive, Thank you, I love you

Ho’oponopono, the Art & Power of Forgiveness

Ho’oponopono was introduced to the modern 20th century by Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona. She was a Hawaiian ahuna lapaʻau. A healer. More specific, a healer who heals with words.

Ho’oponopono – Morrnah’s Prayer:

Divine creator, father, mother, son as one…

If I, my family, relatives and ancestors
have offended you, your family, relatives
and ancestors in thoughts, words, deeds and
actions from the beginning of our creation to
the present, we ask for forgiveness…

Let this cleanse, purify, release, cut the
negative memories, blocks, energies and
Vibrations, and transmute these unwanted
energies into pure light…

And it is done

It is a Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness.
“A technique to clean and erase memories that create repressing beliefs in our subconscious minds”. It is based on the principle of love, gratitude and forgiveness.

Not only is it based on the principle of love, gratitude and forgiveness. Also, it is based on taking your own responsibility for what is happening. In your life and in that from others. By cleansing, you will be able to clear and heal. Yourself and others.

According to the several courses I have followed about this subject, Ho’o means Cause. And Pono means Perfection. In the Hawaiian language, double use of words within a word gives extra weight to this word. Makes it have a higher value. Ho’oponopono.

Lately, Ho’oponopono became more known Mainly due to Dr Ihaleakala Hew Len and Dr Joe Vitale. Mainly because the latter scribed explaining it in his book Zero Limits & At Zero.
